Condominium Conversion Experience
My association with American Invsco provided me with a unique opportunity to learn about condominium conversions while working on large-scale projects in major urban markets throughout the US. Our objective in each project was to minimize marketing time and rent loss by selling tenants their own units while simultaneously pre-selling to outside buyers. On projects ranging in size from 200 to 600 units we would typically sell between 60% and 90% of the units within 90 days. On my subsequent conversions I have achieved exceptional sales results by using similar methodology.
