Over my career I have had the privilege of working with many visionary developers to help create, market and sell some of the largest, most prestigious, and successful projects within the major urban and resort markets of North America.

My specialization and a successful track record marketing and selling large condominium conversions paved the way for pre-selling major new condominium developments in urban markets. My success pre-selling urban projects enabled me to build an extensive database of highly qualified prospects to whom I creatively marketed second homes, retirement homes, and vacation properties in prime destination resorts. Within many of the urban and resort markets that I have worked, I also marketed and sold land, development sites, marina slips, commercial properties, and hotels. My extensive experience with such a diversity of product types in both domestic and international markets has prepared me to provide a comprehensive menu of project consulting, marketing, and sales services to my developer clients.

To date, I have marketed and sold over 9,000 residential units and resort properties having a combined market value of more than $3 Billion. A dozen selected examples of each project type are featured here for your review.
