I began working with resort projects by setting-up and managing off-site marketing centers in Atlanta and New Orleans for resorts in Hilton Head and Sandestin. Soon thereafter, I was engaged by French developer Francious Spoerry for his Port Grimaud and Port Louis Sailing Village projects. In the 1990's I created and directed the US marketing program for Grupo Situr, Mexico's largest resort developer, for their 19 oceanfront resorts and 45 hotels in Mexico. From my Phoenix offices, I chartered two 737 aircraft each week and filled them with prospects for destination resorts in Mexico.
